Cancellation Policy

We charge a non-refundable retainer fee to book your session. Once your shoot session is completed, we apply that retainer to your session fee. In the event you cancel your session, we do not refund the retainer. We can apply that to a future date, but if you cancel twice, your retainer is liquidated for time lost.

Please understand that we allot time for your session and when you do not show up, we have lost the ability to re-book your time slot, and in most cases, we have turned down work when we show a booking on the schedule.

Please make sure you can attend your session before you book with us as a courtesy to us and our other clients.
